I have appeal case, but can not add details or photos/video
Hello. I have had a returns case closed in favor to the buyer. However, I have the appeal this case option, and I have to report with 30 days. When I click on this option, it has Have customer services call me back. That is no good to anyone, as I have photographic evidence that needs to be uploaded. Is there a glitch . I have clicked on a link to How to Appeal outcome to a case. That sends me over to details that I already know. Thanks for any help.

Did you send him details so he could put your case forward for review as he suggested?
