Mentor10 months agoIf you are within the 30 days, you just open a return case for Not as described. If you are out of time, then no point in contacting ebay as you would just be wasting your time and the agents time, as ebay would not get involved.

Mentor10 months agoIf it's still within 30 days of the delivery date start a return on here:

select "Doesn't match description" and if necessary escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days for a full refund.
If it's more than 30 days it's too late to do anything via ebay but contact your payment provider and ask about a refund or chargeback.
