Mentor6 months agoIf you think it is necessary to send a message to ebay, then it is not.
You withdraw money from your ebay balance which is then sent to your nominated bank account, as detailed fully by tressygirl.
Money cannot go to a card, the card is merely a way of spending money from your bank account, there is no money on your card.

Mentor6 months agoAs long as there is no initial hold on your payout, that is, if you are a new or returning seller, and your payout is showing in your eBay Balance ready to be withdrawn, proceed this way below.
Strangely some members have found this works on some devices and not on others, so worth trying on apps / PC and laptops use Chrome, until you find the combination that works for you.
Click on Payments >> Summary then any payout available for immediate withdrawal, is available for you, in a big blue banner.
Click on the > arrow, top right you may need to log in again, or even verify your account by receiving a text or email code.
Your eBay balance will show at the top, click on withdraw bottom right.
On the pop up screen which appears, at the top, there's a large, bolder £ sign, and flashing sign beside it. There, you add the amount you wish to withdraw. At the bottom.... Withdraw £*** Now click on this.
A notification appears... Your Money is on its Way. Click on this and then on Done.
Money is then sent to your nominated bank account and it will depend on your banks processing times, as to when you are able to withdraw the money. Some banks are faster than others.
Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean by your second question to ' send a full detailed message' ? To whom are you wishing to send, what message ?
