I had to pay sellers postage
My item arrived but Royal Mail charged me £7.00 to have it delivered. Contacted seller but they said it was e bays problem.

Mentor1 month agoUnfortunately, there's nothing you or eBay can do, to enforce the seller to repay you that postal surcharge.
All I can advise is the process to follow if this happens again.
Refuse the item when the Postie calls, and then you open a case for item not received. Escalate the case on day 4, if not refunded beforehand.
