How do I turn off paying for pre-printed postage labels or downloading QR codes? I sold a recent item, printed an Evri postage label (and paid for that). I took the item to the post office to be posted only to be told that the post office does not accept or deal with Evri. I have no transport to get me to another post office so I had to pay Royal Mail postage costs in the Post Office to get the item sent to the buyer. So I paid for 2 lots of postage one of which (Evri) which I did not and could not use. A waste of money. I want to write my labels out by hand and not buy pre-printed labels or download via QR codes. Is it possible to turn off the pre-printed labels and still find the buyers address to be able to write the label out by hand?
