I do not want to sell to a certain bidder if item is won in auction.
I found out one of the bidders on my item is a deceptive seller, scamming other buyers in the process. I do not wish to be involved in anyway and if the user wins the auction I want to refund the sale. I will get penalised and eBay is a machine that does not sympathise with seller ethics. I am a personal collector, I only my personal collection when im ready to pass on items to another collector.
Would it just be better to cancel the whole auction before it ends?

Mentor4 months agoIf you cancel the transaction using "problem with buyer's address" you won't get penalised for cancelling. It's the nearest reason we have if a buyer is a bit iffy.
But before that you can cancel their bid:
http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CancelBidShow
and block them from bidding again:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/bmgt/BuyerBlock
Or, if you expect more bids, just block them from bidding again.

Mentor4 months agoHas he made a bid on your item? If so cancel the bid and add them to your blocked list here: Blocked Bidders You can block bidders/buyers for any reason whatsoever.
