I didn’t Know My Item Had Sold!

Question

My buyer has said they want their payment refunded as I have not sent the item. I have never received anything to update me that the item has sold! Should I have received something? Thanks

It always pays to check you account daily when you have live listings to avoid this sort of thing happening.
