I click "Create an alisting" and a blank page opens, preventing me from entering product information
I can't add a new product - the page for entering information is empty. When I click the "add/create listing" button, it opens a white page and doesn't prompt me to enter any product information. Why did I have this problem, and this will be the first product, all the old ones were removed a month ago.
By ' items removed a month ago' do you mean you ended those listings, or did eBay remove them? If the latter, you may have received selling restrictions. Check your eBay messages.

Otherwise, as no one else has reported this ( yet 🤔 ! ), it could be the device or browser you are using.

 If the app or mobile browser, switch if you can to a laptop / PC and use Chrome, that seems to work well with eBay.Â

 Logging out completely, logging back on, and clearing cache and cookies is worth a try too.
