I changed courier for an order to the RM one,
I changed courier for an order from the RM one to DPD , Customer has received his order, but the order is still showing awaiting dispatch so I cannot receive funds and there is not way of adding a different tracking number , how do I resolve this so I get paid out?

Mentor7 months agoYou can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code). It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days (assuming they paid for it).
eBay have removed the option of changing tracking number but if necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.
You will get paid but payment may be held for 14 days.
