I can’t verify my id and when I click try again it takes me to account issues which has already been resolved but will take 5 days to get lifted .. can any one help please?

“I failed identity verification. The email/message says to press ‘Try again’, but ‘Try again’ takes me to Issue Resolution Centre → Account issues, where there is no identity verification option. My tracking issue is already resolved, but my £198 payout is still on hold. Please reopen the identity verification or remove the payout restriction.”
