i cant update the postage because they already paid

Question

I cant resend an invoice for delivery that costs more because buyer already paid earlier invoice. no one at ebay wants to help. is there not a number to call?

You cannot change the postage now or send an invoice. If the buyer agrees to the new postage you have to cancel/refund the transaction and relist with correct postage for them to buy and pay again. So you cancel with buyer's agreement via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.
