I can't see Royal Mail as Label Option

Question

I have sold a number of items and labelled the delivery as 'Royal Mail International Tracked' on the listing. When I go to print the label I only have the option of UPS and it's double the price of Royal Mail. I can't select anything else. Help?!

Although Royal Mail International Tracked was selected on the listing, the same service is not always available when buying the label through eBay. There may be factors such as item type, size,weight that don't allow it to be purchased through eBay. You can purchase it direct on the Royal Mail site and enter in the tracking details to your orders.
