I can't log in to manage an item
I had something listed on eBay on an old account and can't log in to it and dont have id to verify a new number and the buyer keeps emailing me but I can't reply to tell them I don't have the item or to reply to them and settle it how can I sort this out as i don't have there email only user id so can't contact them or eBay from that account the item was listed please can someone let me know if there is a way I can sort this out

If not you don't have the item and you don't have the account so the buyer will eventually get their money back via ebay, and your old account will remain as it is.
