The seller has blocked my request to cancel the order after just 15 mins of purchase and now I can’t cancel the order?

Mentor2 weeks agoeBay's guidance on "How buyers can cancel an order" is misleading - because buyers can't cancel an order! All they can do is to request a cancellation, but the seller doesn't have to agree.
Does the seller accept returns? If so, you should be able to return the item, but at your own cost. UK business sellers are required by law to accept returns, but this does not apply to private sellers or sellers in other countries.

You should try selling then when it happened to you, you might even understand that sellers do not like time wasters

Mentor2 weeks agoSellers don't have to cancel the order, it's up to them. A UK registered business seller should though.
