I cant add new payment details as I don’t have details is the old card

Hi,I’ve tried to add new card details but I’m being asked to verify this by adding the details is my old account which I don’t have.How do I find another way?

It's bank details you add to receive payment.

You'll need to go to your bank with ID, and ask for those details. @45camper2011

Check that your account setup is updated to include valid UK Addressed/Based Banking details (not internet/ website Banks) on file in order to send, receive and request payments using these links> --- Best use a PC/Laptop to make the changes --- can take a few days to verify >
