I cannot get a return label no matter what I try

Question

My seller has agreed to the return of damaged item, but no matter what I do, I cannot get the bay system to print a return label. Pressing Print Label on my W11 PC does nothing.

Can any advise please

Did you open a Return case? Just having seller accept a return is not enforceable through ebay, it needs to be done using Money Back Guarantee procedure.

Have you got the label through an ebay case? Is there also a QR code?

You need to contact Customer Services explain the issue and ask for them to send you this required label / QR code, and for it to be charged to the seller's account.

It's not easy to contact an agent but go top of any eBay page click on Help & Contact to bring you to.... ' How Can We Help You ....' and keep typing in.... Speak to an agent.
