I cannot add items to my backet. Also cannot pay for items in the backet

Discussion interactions are currently paused.

I cannot add items to my basket: "Couldn’t add to basket. Try again."
Also cannot pay for items in the basket: " The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you", and I receive the same error when try to do "Buy it now".
The problem started a few days ago.

There have been many issues on the app, are you using this? If so, clear all cache and data, then uninstall and reinstall the app see if that helps.

If not, can you switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome, the site is built around this, so it works best with eBay, and try from there.

Via mobile app, through Chrome and Edge browsers, after clearing all data from history, including cache and so on ... The same problem. Cannot add from UK seller. In DE ebay from seller from Germany, there are not a problem.
Support answered that will try resolve, but still not do it
