I bought an item and which was already sold to someone else but eBay has declined to resolve the iss
Am not getting support for an item which was sold to someone else, Seller contracted eBay to refund my money but eBay has refused
Am very disappointed that am told to hold lines for long,am losing my money,What can I do

an fortunately I do not see any other options as it says contact seller who is not responding now
I paid really 100 pounds ,if it was 5-20 I would call it a loss
But eBay has let me down
No money Guarantee?that I should contact Citizens Advice,eBay emailrd that they are sorry they can't do anything really,?

Mentor7 months agoIf the seller cancelled properly then the refund should be automatic. Ebay can't 'refuse'.
If you don't get a refund you will need to use the money back guarantee and make a claim for item not received once the expected delivery date has passed.
