On 22nd Dec 2025, I bought an iphone 17. It was said to have been delivered on 23rd Dec but i didnt receive the item. I prompt brough this to ebay's attention and the lame response was that since it was marked as delivered on their website, they could not do anything about it. I then lodged a case with the courier company, EVRI who found out that the seller deliberately directed the parcel" to another address. Of course, the seller is no longer responsive. I need help. Pls advise me! Ebay has shut me out of the right to further protest as they had marked the case closed!!!! This is very frustrating. NEVER AGAIN ON EBAY!!! NEVER!!
