I bought a radio and it was supposed to arrive by Monday at the latest. I notified eBay that I had not received the item and eBay said that within three days either the item would be shipped to you or your money would be refunded. Today the seller messaged me that he could not find where to cancel the sale through eBay. I would like to request a refund.

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:
