I bought a piece of jewellery but found later the gems are not as stated. 30 days of returned are passed. The seller does not to return my money. What should I do in this situation? I did not find how to contact ebay support centre in such cases

Mentor1 year agoeBay cannot help if it's beyond their 30 day deadline for claims. All you can do is contact your payment provider and ask them about a refund or chargeback.

OP1 year agoBank for instance? right?
Or police if the first step will not help?

Mentor1 year agoThis is not a Police matter, did you pay through your bank? Then, turn to them now for help with your refund.
Always worth checking an item's authenticity on receipt, within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery. Within that timeframe, you are guaranteed a full refund under eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee policy.
I was going to edit this post but I'm starting a new post in case you do not see my edit!

Mentor1 year agoYes, bank if you used your debit card. Credit card company if you used your CC. You could also consider using the money claim online:

If all else fails certainly see what the police say. The seller may be ripping off a lot of people. Best of luck.

Mentor1 year agoWhat was the money involved? Was it an expensive piece of jewellery, then it might be worth contacting the Police.
However, I think with a low value, the seller will soon be receiving many cases of item not as described and returns, this raises that red flag for eBay, and they can place sanctions even selling bans, so here, there is no need to contact the Police.
