I am trying to contact the seller to get him to a) Replace it, or b) Preferably refund me the cash. When I go to the contact seller talk box an automated ebay generated message says that it won't let me contact a seller because it looks like I am trying to buy something outside of the rules! I have changed the wording but it doesn't help. No contact number on the internet that I could find. Any suggestions please?
