I bought a Motorbike Battery from a Seller just seven months ago and the battery has failed
I am trying to contact the seller to get him to a) Replace it, or b) Preferably refund me the cash. When I go to the contact seller talk box an automated ebay generated message says that it won't let me contact a seller because it looks like I am trying to buy something outside of the rules! I have changed the wording but it doesn't help. No contact number on the internet that I could find. Any suggestions please?

Mentor5 months agoYou can try contacting the seller via the link on their classic view profile page, but there isn't a way to get your money back via eBay here if they continue to ignore you.
Is your seller a UK registered business seller? If so, and you scroll down any of their listings you'll see their business contact details.
