I bought a item on a eBay auction
The seller is refusing to sell me the item
that I rightfully won on a auction stating he isn't happy enough with the final sale price can he do that and I've already paid isn't it like punishable on eBay

If they don't refund, open item not received case 1 day after estimated delivery.
