I believe an item I have bought isn’t genuine. I contacted the seller and three days later still no.

I feel an item I bought is counterfeit. It’s a Bath and Body works candle which looks like a cheaper candle has been placed into a Bath and Body Works jar. I’ve contacted the seller but after three days he hasn’t responded. EBay automated bot is useless. Can anyone advise? Thanks

You don't need to contact the seller and you don't need to contact ebay. You need to use the ebay money back guarantee, to which there will be a link on the listing.
