I am trying to Request a refund for Simple delivery but the form will not submit.. Does anyone know
I am trying to Request a refund for Simple delivery but the form will not submit.. Does anyone know how to sort this, I have not used the label.. Spent enough time completing the form which constantly deleted the text I had input. Anyway I press submit, the button pales as if it is doing something and then revert to submit again. Does anyone have a clue how you can reclaim your simple delivery postage cost?

Mentor6 months agoIf you selected buyer pays postage, then if unused buyer gets refund automatically within 30 days.
As you didn't pay for it, you can't claim refund.

OP6 months agoSealed., simple delivery charges me £3.38 when I can get the item posted
with Royal Mail for £2.75. I just want to cancel the simple delivery
postage but I am prevented at each step.

·6 months agoAssuming you are filling out the correct form and have completed all the details, it obviously should work as the sale was within 14 days and you offered free postage.
All I can suggest is you have one more try and, if it still doesn't work, you will have to contact Customer Services.
If you selected ‘Seller pays’ and offered free postage on your listing, you'll need to fill out the Request a refund for Simple Delivery form for the label that wasn’t used. Make sure to send your request within 14 days of your item selling
