I am getting emails from Ebay AUS

Hi all

I have a UK based Ebay account... No problems with that..

However I am getting email updates to a little used email address I have about items being bid on in AUS dollars. I'm not. I have changed the password on that email but don't understand why anyone would try to use an email that they cannot read themselves????

If that is not the email address linked to your Ebay account, maybe somebody has recently opened an Ebay account and given that as their email address, either accidentally (by missing or transposing a letter or number for example) or as a fake email address because they didn't want to provide one.

There is not a lot you can do unless you want to block emails from Ebay or even close that email account.
