I am discovring this as a buyer that likes to buy many things from one sellr
Seller replies:
Completely agree! They've made it so hard for small sellers to sell multiple items, especially with taking away our access to easily edit combined postage charges. I've just had the exact same problem with another seller who bought multiple crafting supplies from me at the same time as you, and got totally stitched up with losing any profit I would've made because eBay had already taken their cut for their "Simple Postage" so I couldn't refund my other seller her difference in price with what they'd charged for postage vs what price I'd agreed to. It's so annoying! I'm selling my last few bits on here, and then closing my eBay account for good.

Mentor6 months agoCombining postage is possible now under Simple Delivery, the buyer needs to be aware, they need to place all items in their basket first, then at eBay checkout it's combined postage for them. Perhaps add this note of explanation in your listings ?
For any unused SD labels no need to lose money, refunds are made to whoever paid for the labels....
I can explain if you wish to know, how to make partial refunds too, that is still possible, by may require a laptop / PC and not the app or mobile browser.
