I am being offered 10% multibuy but only 5% is being applied at checkout?
The figure actually offered does not reflect 10% of either item, it is clearly 5% of the total for both. Anyone know why this is and how to resolve it? Cheers.

Trying to explain without seeing what the problem is impossible.
