I'm a seller. I sent a package through Ebay and used Evri's service. The package didn't arrive and was lost. I had to refund the buyer, and now I'm on the hook for the goods I sent and the shipping. Evri is referring the matter to you and informing me that Ebay should contact Evri on my behalf to confirm the situation. What should I do?

If the label was purchased via packlink then it is them you need to go back to, for them to deal with.

The label was selected from the Ebay profile where it is to choose Royal Mail most often as well as Yodel and Evri. I used Evri and the package was not delivered from January 16 to my customer. I filed a complaint and Evri on February 16 and they were supposed to respond to 28 days they didn't do it so I started to delve into the subject and now it's bouncing the ball that I have to contact EBay and EBay only with Evri after all it's logical that eBay wasn't eBay was a carrier and I personally carried the package to the Evri punk and they should take care of it and not return me back to EBay support. Something incomprehensible it's all.
