I thought I sold an item on eBay and posted it. Then I got an ‘order cancelled ‘ buyer hasn’t paid. Since I already posted the item, I am now without my item! Cannot get any help from eBay! I thought buyer had paid because I got a ‘purchase postage label’ message. What can I do to get reimbursed for my item?

·6 months agoYou should contact the buyer and explain what has happened and ask them if thye will return the item to you.
They may even be able to refuse delivery, or mark the item as 'return to sender'.
Otherwise, you will have to arrange payment or a label so they can send the item back to you.
Paid for orders will show as 'buyer paid' and 'dispatch now' in your orders.
