How upload a video
Hi I am trying to return an item I recently purchased. I sent a photo with my original return request but they are now asking for a video. I have compressed the original video but still can't seem to send it via ebay. Is there any other way I can send it to the seller?

I hope you mean you opened a Not as described case, and not just a message.
Once you open the correct case, if seller does not supply a reply paid label, then you can escalate, pictures or videos are not required. Seller has 3 days to respond.
If you just messaged, that is not enforceable, and just allows seller to delay until you are out of time.

Seller supplies returns label, you post back for full refund.
Escalate on day 4 if no label or refund.
