How toI manually mark a returned item as dispatched ?
I had an item to return, which I agreed with the seller and posted 'before' selecting 'return an item'. After posting, I then went into the purchased item and selected the 'return' option. I was given a barcode and shipping label that I didnt need (as I had already posted it). Now the seller can't refund me because I can mark the returned item as dispatched. Can anyone help ? Thanks

·5 months agoI would contact Ebay Customer Services - use the link below to get a callback - and ask them to change the tracking details in your open return case.
