How to void a postage label
Hi
I printed a postage label (custom) for an item I sold. When I got to the post office it was the wrong weight so I had to but another label. The is no option to void the label and ask for a refund for it. I was given a different tracking number which I have provided to the seller. Can anybody advise me please? Thank you

On the left of sales record there's a dropdown menu under "Actions". Click on that then click on "Void Label". The refund will take between 5 and 7 days to process.

I've followed your advice and unfortunately I do not get the option of void label.
