How to trace an item purchased as a guest?
Hi.
As I was unable to enter my UK eBay account, which I think is due to my being away in South America, on 1st January 2026 I bought an item in Israel, 'as a guest'.
I have since heard precisely nothing.
No tracking number was given, I am unable to contact the seller, and now when I search the order number, it comes back as, 'item not found'.
I tried the AI chat but they asked me to sign in, however that is not possible, hence the 'guest' purchase.
Does anyone have any idea as to what can be done to trace this item?
