Trouble is that we hear so frequently of incorrect information being given by ebay agents, and costing members money, when far better answers can be obtained here, and much faster.

OP2 weeks agoThank you, here goes… I have been selling a few clothes over the past 3 years and have over £100 in my eBay account but can’t pay it to myself or purchase anything on eBay as my account is apparently “restricted”. I’ve no idea why and also would be unlikely to do anything too technical to remedy this. The person I spoke to has referred to the Compliance Team and said she would ring me when she receives a response. There is no time frame for this.
