Hi, does anyone have a way of contacting customer support?

If you really need to speak to ebay (rarely necessary) use this link from a phone.

Mentor2 weeks agoContacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
Or, better still, as there's usual no reason to call CS, come back here, explain the problem you've encountered, there are many very experienced members here, happy to help you.

Mentor2 weeks agoIf it's not an issue that requires access to your account you could ask your question here for a quick answer, failing that I’ve found that the best route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below where you can call them or request a call back if you’re using the app (if you’re using desktop you’ll need to go round the houses with AI and start a chat then keep typing ‘agent’ until you get the option to live chat with a CS rep or to have a call back):
