How to Send Large Parcels
I want to list a poster, but the tube is 65cm long. The ONLY option eBay will give me is Simple Delivery, with a maximum size of 61cm long. I tried the automated help, which said that Evri would accept items up to 66cm long but this is not one of the options available to me in the listing! Whichever courier I choose, it says that the maximum length is 61cm.
Does anyone have any ideas of how to manage the postage for a large parcel, please??

MentorJul 13, 2026 at 7:33 PM"Bulky parcel" goes up to 120 x 80 x 80 cm. That availability depends on category so you need to change category or sub-category until it's an option.
Or you could use "Oversized" to opt out of Simple Delivery and buy your own postage. That also depends on category. If you select it click on Add Primary Service and enter postage cost.
For both options use a laptop or desktop rather than the app.
