How to send dpf leable on ebyay to my customer who want return leable

hi I have customer who want send back my part and I accepted on ebay but he open despute and I have leable for him just I dont know how to send this. we can send to him messages but there is no option to add picture with leable, there is button to add picture but is not working? why?

The buyer should receive a postage label from ebay via the return case.
