How to select Click & Collect on offers

Hello, I’m going around in circles with the automated chat and cannot get connected to an agent. Can anyone help, please? I want to make an offer on an item and use Click & Collect but it states that if the offer is accepted it’s processed automatically and so this means it will be posted to my home address. The Click & Collect option is usually selected at checkout but as it’s done automatically I can’t see how to activate it. Anyone else had this issue? Thank you.

Contact the seller and ask them to add it to their postage preferences, and to disable "Require immediate payment for Buy It Now purchases" under the See Pricing Options heading during the revising process.
