How to return item after refund already given?
Purchased an item and upon delivery discovered it was a fake. Seller agreed return and refunded me payment. Because they have already refunded it ebay is showing the case as closed and i cannot get a shipping label.
Seller is not understanding and getting aggressive and trying to make me pay for a return outside of the ebay system.
Cant speak to anyone at ebay and just getting sent on a loop through automated chat which tells me the case is closed.

Mentor8 months agoWhen a refund is issued before return the item does not usually have to be sent back. It cannot be done via ebay now. If the seller wants it back they must pay the postage upfront. They can buy it on courier website, eg. Royal Mail and send you the link or QR code so you can print the paid-for label. If they are aggressive report to ebay via the three dots, top right of message, and ignore.
