How to return an item, when the case is closed

Please whst do i do? Ebay closed my cased without explanation. I bought a creed aventus perfume , when it arrived i noticed it is fake and the sellwr told me it was genuine before I bought it. I also paid for buyers protection fee. I can't return it snd I can't appeal because ebay said the code is closed and the decision is final. Please who has experienced this and what was thr solution?
