How to retrieve sent item from shop

I have been informed by eBay that an item I have purchased has been delivered by Royal Mail to my designated collection shop . However whenever I use this collection service I get a QR code from EBay so the shop can scan it. This time they haven’t sent one and I don’t want a wasted trip to try and collect it if it needs a code !

Well ask ebay or a code. As you say without a code you cannot collect and if you let it go over 7 days, you may lose it all together.
