IS it for one of your couple of items you have listed? Goto your seller hub, click active listings, find the item, there will be a circle with three dots in it, click that and drop down menu appears and end listing will be there towards the bottom.
I may add what reason do you wish to remove an item? You need to be careful as your metrics will be all over the place, and eBay don't like sellers that cancel orders or mess buyers around.
