How to refund and cancel an order as the item was put up twice somehow

Hi - I have a pair of shorts for sale and it appears to be on there twice, but I am not sure how that happened - i neeed to cancel one as there is a bid on them and then someone bought them. So I want to refund the person do paid as i don't know how that happened as i only the one pair for sale

On your orders page click on the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order. If they've paid select Send Refund.

It is on something i sold in error and need to refund
