How to refund a seller for item bought through the Global Shipping Programme
A buyer is saying an item they bought is defective. Ebay will probably side with the buyer so I may as well refund and ask them to return the item. This however was sold through the Global Shipping programme, buyer is registered in Germany. How do i handle postage costs.

Mentor1 week agoDo not refund before the item is returned, and only through an opened case from your German buyer. Respond through the case.

OP1 week agoThank you, I have replied to buyer saying I will accept a return but saying I will have to find out how to pay the buyer for return postage costs. Incidentally the buyer says this is the third time they have messaged me when this is not the case, just another annoying thing.
