How to refund a customer through bank transfer
Hi,
Please i do not have funds in my ebay account to refund a customer.
Can i do a bank transfer or is there any other ways to refund the customer?
Your quick response will be appreciated.

Mentor3 months agoRefunds need to be done through the ebay system otherwise they will not be recorded.
If there is insufficient funds in your ebay account, refund would usually be taken from Bank Account.
I do not understand how if you have no money in bank account you would expect to be able to do a bank transfer.

Mentor3 months agoYou should always refund via ebay. That can be done for up to 30 days from date or estimated date of delivery. You don't need the funds in your ebay account. It will come from the bank account you have registered with ebay.
