How to raise a complaint to the eBay CEO about bias against people from Northern Ireland? | Member To Member Support

I'm sick of it now. It's been terrible since Brexit but it got even worse when eBay introduced their new postage functionality, including simple delivery. eBay is no straight up bias against Northern Ireland, seemingly purposefully making it much more difficult to send here. In the last 5 purchases I've made I've had to have multiple back and forth conversations with sellers about how they make changes to send to Northern Ireland. In all instances they want to send here but cannot change the settings to do so. Some of this is due to the categories that they are listing items in. Golf clubs and appliances seem to be a major issue. I've chatted to the chat team and called customer services and no one can be bothered to escalate the issue so that it's fixed. So how do I escalate this right to the top to get it fixed?
