How to opt out of simple delivery

Question

Ok so majority of my items are under 100g but however I now list it shows stupidly high postage prices and not worth even doing Ebay if I can't get out of this new system.

Does anyone know in simple terms how I go about opting out. Getting they annoyed with the whole thing all morning and very close to not bothering with Ebay at all. I can't be the only one

There is no opt out. Items that are exempt are not just based on weight, but also max. price £20 and also have to be in an exempt category.

While I think Cards would be an exempt category card making is not. You have to play with categories to see what is exempt and what you can get away with. Business sellers do not have to be involved, so registering as a business seller gets you out of ebay’s money making scheme. You should be correctly registered before ebay catches up with you.
