Mentor2 weeks agoThere isn't anything you can do here, your payment should eventually be released (if your buyer doesn't make any claim) within 14 days.

OP2 weeks agoThanks, the payment isn't an issue, that's been released. It was merely that the item remains in my notifications for orders to be despatched / collected

Mentor2 weeks agoCan’t be done, you should not have handed over without the code. Buyer could open a not received case and get a full refund.

OP2 weeks agoApart from the message stream shows he's sent someone else to collect it, as do my own messages. And (from his own perfunctory responses) he's clearly a little challenged
