How to mark dispatched if we sent with a driver and not used eBay postage

We delivered an item that we charged postage on. We didn’t use the eBay labels. How can we mark as dispatched / delivered .??

You can mark dispatched by opening the original pre-paid Simple Delivery label. It will remain unused and the cost will be automatically refunded to the buyer in 30 days.

You can add the new tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking. That has to be done on a desktop browser.
